Very very bad experience, maybe I should give this BAD place a ZERO star instead of 1 star. Ignorant staffs, super lazy staffs, very impolite, I already sit on the chair with my family and one of the staffs asked us to leave because the place was reserved, the only thing that makes me mad that they didn't even put the "reserved" sign and they told me and my family to go away and sit in different place. Excelso is one of the best coffee shop chain in Indonesia. It offers a wide variety of coffee, from Sumatra Mandheling to Kalosi Toraja. In addition to that, their blended drinks (Frappio) also has also quite a few choices. For foods, they have a lot of choices of spaghetti to choose from, sandwiches, dory (fish), and also some snacks.
