OUR 1ST RESTAURANT
It all started from a restaurant that we opened in Sangenjaya, Tokyo, in 1996. From that first restaurant, we have grown to become the largest Yakiniku restaurant operator in the world. Gyu-Kaku set its footstep in Indonesia in Aeon Mall BSD City in 2015. Since then, we have been expanding to make Japanese Yakiniku more familiar to people in Indonesia. Read moreI went here with my friends and decided to order ala carte rather than AYCE. I am not a meat eater so i ordered 3 portions squid instead. Meanwhile my friends ordered 3 plates of different meats, 2-3 portions each. I love their squid, chewy and not smelly. My friends forced me to eat the meats they ordered, i took it and it tastes really good. The thickness was enough, not too thick, the texture was great. For non meat eater like me (i dont eat meat bcs of the smell), it tastes really great without annoying smell like the usual meat. The sauce was great also, especially if i put the dried pepper on it. I love their ceramic utensils. The salad was fresh and also the edamame. I ordered a hot ocha, taste just okay. The waitress was helpful even they didn't smile a lot...

Jadi ceritanya saya udah duduk trus di jelaskan sama waitersnya tentang dan cara makan di gyukaku. Setelah itu tiba2 dia nyamperin lagi trus bilang bahwa penambahan makanannya gabisa dari web/aplikasinya karena sedang gangguan. Dari dalam hati saya kaget dan mikir emang bisa gangguan. Saya juga scan barcode nya bisa2 aja. Apa ini cuman alasan dari karyawan nya aja biar ga perlu cek2 dr aplikasi. Sebagai seorang introvert yang paling saya demen dari gyukaku ya cara sistemnya yang pakai aplikasi itu. Jadi ga perlu jalan buat ambil makan. Tp krn katanya aplikasinya gabisa yaudah mau gamau harus manggil karyawannya. Jujur ga terlalu suka sama sistem gitu, males banget manggil teriak orang lain hzzz, klo tw gabisa kan gabakal k yg disini. Entahlah ini yang gabisa emang full cabang di SBY atau cuman di TP aja. Trus pernah mau nambah mesen makan disitu saya tunjukin menu di aplikasinya sama waitersnya (karena saya ga hafal menunya dan males pake menu yang besar itu) trus dia bilang gini “mas mau mesen dari aplikasinya?”, “kan katanya tadi gabisa dari aplikasi penambahannya”. “Ohhh iya”. Itu kan makin menambah kecurigaan saya apa aplikasinya bener2 gabisa hmmmm.
Secara makan overal baik cuman puding nya kenapa beda banget dari yang ada di JKT yaaa. Teksturnya beda banget sihhh. Ini juga gatau apa semua di SBY begini atau cuman di TP aja. Klo urusan perdagingan si aman2 aja semua. Ngajak orang lain buat nyobain puding gyukaku yang enak eh malah zonk 😃
