When customer coming separately, you shud show them first, is it true their accompanion or not If its correct, then u print the bill Not print the bill and GUESSING its already correct, while its not

And please start explaining the procedure WHILE WE ALREADY SEAT AT OUR TABLE

Its really not polite explaining the procedure WHILE WE STILL IN FRONT OF CASHIER PAYING THE SEPARATE BILL because of the above misunderstanding

It made ur customer thinking: woww... U really dont want to waste ur 90min of time Its like 90 min already start when u open the door

And after complaining about this, the response is not sorry....bla bla bla The respon is like you didnt accept our complain and that u already correct with ur own way

Well i have been in other ayce Its so different The staff explain the procedure after we seat on the table AND (the most important thing) The timer BEGIN when all of us are complete So we can eat CALMY

I booked the reservation 2 weeks in advance. They mentioned the fondue machine was broken and I requested it to be fixed. However when I arrived at the restaurant it was still not repaired after 2 weeks.

The beef selection only consisted of wagyu, but they did offer chicken, seafood and even offal. The cakes and sushi lacked variety and the only ice cream flavor available was chocolate. The place is spacious, and even though I visited on a public holiday, it wasn’t crowded at all—quiet and much less busy compared to Malang. The staff was limited so if you needed something you had to approach them directly. The price is higher than in Malang (175k/person) but the quality is the same.
