food was okay.

however the service is terrible. came here to celebrate birthday with 10 ppl. so we took initiative to take order by name. eg: jedd : chicken wing 1, enoki foil 1, pork 1 zara : sausage 1, chicken 1

in the end, they mixed all the menu together. even worse, they cant differentiate which one is pork and which one is chicken. so all the order get mixed up.

i even had to see the order list by myself and check one by one because they do not bother checking it for us. they also do not know which menu already served and not.

worst part: the manager did not even say sorry but defending herself “because we do not have enough...

In short, if this is my own business I won’t treat my customers in this manner. I’m definitely not coming back.

This is the third time I’ve been here and I am aware of their food takes a lot of time to come out, but today is just horrendous.

Ordered 7-8 satays, the first round only came after 30 minutes. After that, they send out one satay at a time as if this is fine dining.

The final blunder came when i waited 20 mins just for my last remaining satay. And of course they forgot while they served another customers that just arrived with a plate full of multiple satays.

I don’t know whether they treated my order differently because it wasn’t so big perhaps but it’s been a disappointing...

Tasted authentic simple daily Chinese food. The ingredient was fresh and made with Chinese oriented spices. The jiaozi dumpling was moist and filled with broth. Shao kao tasted authentic. The menu selection was many, not only shao kao, maybe the restaurant name was misleading because I thought it's only selling shao kao...
