Shaburi & Kintan Buffet Tunjungan Plaza 5 — Restaurant in Surabaya

We did eat here with 4 persons. The food was good but they make an mistake with the payment. 2 friends leaved earlier, because they need to go to the station and go home for work and they say that te wanted to pay. They given the creditcard to the employee, they leaved and thought they did pay the bill. So me and my girlfriend want to leave and they say that we need to pay.. So the employee told us that they didn’t pay but given their creditcard to make an kind of registration. The employee said that he need the same creditcard where he made the registration off. Why would you make an recantation after the lunch while they are leaving the restaurant? That’s not even make sense at all.. So we need to pick up the credit card at the station and comeback to pay. Newest Shaburi and Kintan outlet in Surabaya. The ambience is good, cozy, and not too crowded during the lunch. They have 3 kind of table (package) choices: -shabu -kintan (grill) -combo (shabu + kintan, the first combo outlet in Surabaya).

Friendly and ever attentive staffs. Fast response when we need assistance. (Unlike in some other outlets were I found the review about stafs slacking when we need more beef, made us waiting more than 20-30 minutes to get more beef).

Wanted to try hotpot and grill so went to this Shaburi buffet restaurant where they give all you can eat food. Many chicken and beef options with sausages. And can ask as many times but I was told can sit for only 90 minutes. First service was quick. But for dessert they took lots of time.
