Sbux Reserve is one of my favorite place, unfortunately today I have a bad service experience from The staff who served us.

I do understand the outlet is crowded. I have requested the staff to clean up the table that we want to use, But there is no positive response, only "ok" answer. It would be good if the staff can response me properly and nicely to wait for a while.

The 2nd bad experience today: I have ordered in the POS staff: Micro Blend Hot Cappucino with additional 1 sachet Brown sugar to be stirred directly in my cup.

Then I received NOT Hot Cappucino WITHOUT Any Brown Sugar added, and I have complained directly to the staff, as my customize order not be written properly in the paper order, hence the coffee master was not brewed correctly.

Noting The coffee master has re-brewed my order correctly.

I Should Give this Direct review as I Love Starbucks and I want this complain to be taken into account seriously for the improvement directly.

I didn't expect to get today experience from any Starbucks outlet, particularly from RESERVE outlet which should be more premium in term of their services to the customers.

Disclaimer: I give this review for Starbucks improvement and Im not taking my experience as personal matter to the staff and Starbuck as well.

Quality services assurance audit should be conducted properly on this outlet, and mystery guests audit as well

Sadly we asked for paper cups they said its no longer available in their store. however i went to Pakuwon Mall, PTC, Ciputra World, Grand City , they have paper cups alot. Why isn't Starbucks Indonesia consistent? how should it be? Does every store provide paper cups or not? And thats why we asked for mugs , they said they have limited mugs, some said it’s still being washed, some said it’s still used by customers.

I’m a loyal gold star member of starbucks and i’m very disappointed with the service. Will not come here at starbucks reserve GM3 to have gathering in groups. Better to have it elsewhere
