Starbucks — Restaurant in Surabaya

Came here at 9am when they were just open for the day. These 2 storekeepers are working hard to keep it clean while eager to serve my need with friendliness.

He offered the breakfast menu and cold drink options, but I think coffee should be hot or warm and order cappuccino instead.

The coffee is additive that I cannot duplicate at home with my own espresso machine. I don’t know why and how. I guess I will just have to stop by when I can.

This store has an outdoor seating area with simple garden design of the mall. It is also for smokers that I choose not to sit together with. I still can enjoy the view with AC through the glass wall and smell the coffee at the same time.

This design here is comfy and roomy. More chairs than other places. The only drawback is the restroom is only for themselves, we have to walk across the lobby to use the mall’s restrooms. It is a bit of short walk. Not too bad even you need to go.

Never I speak againts a coffee shop, moreover a starbucks outlet. But this one has the most unwelcoming atmosphere of all. when I stepped up on the counter, the first thing barista said to me is "sorry" basically she need to input delivery orders, which I can understand. Then the seems never routine continues , which cause me the to ask when will my turn be. rhe respond is basic, she didn't tell me when. For me personally this is unacceptable, maybe okay for other but not me since I've spend time to wait for my turn, then there's more "invicible" customer. salah satu sbux paling nyaman di surabaya! tempatnya luas baik indoor & outdoor. lokasinya strategis, berada di lantai G, deket dr lobi utara dan bahkan punya akses masuk sendiri, bisa langsung masuk dari outdoornya😍 viewnya juga cakep, mengarah ke jalan mayjend sungkono dan patung2 yg ada di mall. apalagi kalo sore nongkrong di sini sambil lihat sunset, uapik pol😍😍 tersedia banyak colokan, tp di indoor only & di kursi2 yg dekat dinding serta di community desk. dari segi pelayanan juga oke, para baristanya ramah dan penanganannya juga cepat ketika dimintai tolong ini-itu. hanya saja wifi yg dipakai di sini tidak umum, tidak seperti sbux kebanyakan. tapi yaa okelah yg penting tetap ada wifi wkwk rasa minuman & makanannya enak, so fresh, seperti layaknya sbux.

minuman yg paling saya suka itu choco dino. resepnya: signature choco + chocochip cookies + ice cream. ice creamnya diblend sama susunya (tanpa ice cube). chocochip cookiesnya dihancurin dituang ke cup (stengah bagian aja), lalu dituang coklat, es batu, lalu tuang susu yg udh diblend sama ice cream td, lalu sisa cookiesnya ditaruh di atas sbg topping. lebih enak lg kalo ditambah lg ice creamnya utk dijadiin...
