This place is the worst. Service is slow and inattentive, waited an hour just to get the food I ordered while people sitting around me who came later got their food. Plus I'm allergic to shrimp and crab so I kindly asked them to change it to scallop and yellowtail but apparently they ran out of yellowtail and I can't get scallop since it's more expensive than the shrimp and crabstick. Instead I was told I can only get salmon which I know cost-wise is probably the cheapest cut. So it's okay to change to something of lesser value but not to similar or more value. The irony is that I went to the Tunjungan Plaza branch and they happily accommodate the request. Overall I will never touch this place ever again. If management see this review I think you need to think what a good business...
Read moreAfter quite some times absence from sushi tei and back for lunch last friday, I felt this place was a little bit degrading in some ways. First, the conveyer belt sushi was not fillled with plenty plates. It was not even plenty, it was limited. Sure we can still order from the menu but it definitely not for a solo quick eater.
Secondly, this branch in this mall especially, was hot. It is located in the 3rd floor, connecting to the open air area, so maybe the aircon was not fully covered all the dining place.
For the taste, it's still the same though, and for a restaurant insinde a mall, the price is considered average, a standard mall's price. High chair is provided, but not for wifi. Regardless, it still can be an alternative for eating japanese food since they have...
Read moreWe’ve been here a million times; the sushi is still good. There is a nice view of the stage area on the 2M floor, and we can relax and enjoy the food and the surroundings. Though the food is still good, the quality is degrading. Three out of three sushi menus we order, each one of them easily falls out and crumble, which is very disappointing and annoying. Since we sit at the back part of the restaurant (with a great view of the surroundings), the waiter rarely passes by, and though they provide a Bell on each table, we have to press the bell four times until the waiter finally attends to us. If you have a PG card and the transaction is over 250K you can get...
