First came in, staff very quick to serve. Food options quite various, available with non pork options as well. I ordered the yamagoya ramen, served with 2 slices of roast pork, quite tender & fat, 1 half boiled egg which cooked perfectly. Egg yolk still runny and super good. Scallions on top of the ramen, with 1 slice of nori. Also come with slices of mushrooms. The broth soup was really thick, and to me it is too salty. But the richness can’t be debated. Served with perfect temperature makes the soup really comforting. The noodle itself for me not as good as the other ingredients. The texture of the noodle, the taste of it, for me a bit like instant noodle rather than a good quality noodle. I can be wrong, it’s just my personal preference. I also ordered pork kuotie as well, for me it’s 7/10. Skin is thin, portion also good.
Price to quality I think still reasonable. Place was clean enough, and waiter’s services was average.
