Yun Heng — Restaurant in Tangerang

They re not ready to open . The supervisor or owner .1 tea pot 1 glass.no share purpose.no small plate served . Every thing is slowly the food come out all slowly . I as the waiter where is my good . Sorry we are busy so I said I don't care. As I said that in 1 minute time all come out .They don't have a small place for dim sum this is obviously not hongkong or Chinese restaurant. I suspect it Is owned by local Chinese . For owners if you are not ready to open dont open .want or not I pay you half half .for hrd if your staff is not ready train first before you work . Supervisor if you are not capable resign and just not say sorry . As for the place it is very hot . Even my son is sweating . My stroller indicate the temperature is 34 degrees hot in the room as the air con indicate 22 degree. As if out side is 44 degree. So I recommend not to bring children as they will cry because it is hot .But change it. they do high hope low delivery expectation .very disappointing Sunday For my family . The service was terrible. They served raw/uncooked food, and for the first time ever, the server asked, 'You have eaten some of it, haven’t you?' instead of offering an apology. Despite the taste, this restaurant clearly needs to train both its chefs and servers better. If they serve undercooked food and don’t even apologize, there’s clearly an issue with this...

Makanan: Hakau: 2/5, rasanya agak asem2 tapi bukan asem basi, mungkin dari bumbu nya. Kulitnya terlalu tepung, tipe yg di kukus bukan putih bening hakau.

Siomay: 4/5, oklah untuk harga 18rb

GORENGAN: lumpia kulit udang & pangsit udang grg Overall ok 4/5, makanan keluar dengan cepat. Tapi pas datang kondisi tidak panas ya, cenderung ke dingin. Seperti tipe gorengan yg disimpan di lemari kaca lalu disinari lampu panas..

Mie goreng seafood Porsi makan pas 1 org, untuk harga 49rb termasuk kecik ya menurut ku. Dari sisi rasa ok aja mie goreng pada umumnya. Tekstur mie terlalu lembek, dan ketika diangkat pake sumpit udh pendek2 mienya (tipe yg putus2 karena mie kelembekan direbus lalu dimasak)..
