Honestly surprised with my experience here as supposed to the reviews.
Always had amazing experience in warungs and cafes in Gili’s but this one is the only one that made excemption.
Food takes too long to arrive. We ordered simple fried egg and scrambled eggs on toast and it took more than 30mins!! and its not even WARM!
The “muffin” is not real muffin but just soft white bread you can find in a convenience store. Salmon way too small for its “add-on” price of 60k.
Wouldn’t advise to eat here if you have a dive schedule, boat or check-out schedule.

Feel exceptionally sorry for the lovely staff who are working there who were really smiling and giving us great service despite the fact we could literally see and hear her patronising them and talking to them in a beyond rude manner throughout our meal. We confronted her about it at the end of our meal and her response was that they’ve had issues with their staff. No wonder! Read moreYou will not find coffee this good in a location this beautiful! Latte and cappuccino were great while watching the sun rise in Gili Air. Angga makes excellent coffee and the staff, including Nisa, are very kind, helpful and efficient. I also love the detail in their menu where it explains exactly how much coffee/milk etc is in each one. Prices are great too. Their early opening hours (6am) are much appreciated!
Edited a year later to say that their carrot cake is complete & utter perfection. Nabila makes the best one, not only on the island, but worldwide! We are going to try the passion fruit one next. She is also one of the kindest people we...
