PokeGiliAir Fresh & Healthy Food — Restaurant in West Nusa Tenggara

We saw this Poke place when we were walking down the street. When I saw the Google Maps Review I was in shock as this was probably one of the most high-rated places, so I thought why not give it a go?

Food: The great thing is that this place gives you the option to create your own Poke bowl, which my friend and I both chose to do. What’s really great is that the staff also provided pictures of each ingredients as well as giving us a taste test at their sauces. When we tried the sauce, the ones that stood out to us the most was the Wasabi Mayo and Dragonfruit & Lemongrass Mayo. We opted for the Wasabi Mayo, it was just that good! The ingredients were fresh, and we eat a lot of Poke bowls but this has got to be one of the best ones. We also received complimentary brownie bites. It was so dang good!! One of the best brownies I’ve had! Wish I could’ve ordered more but we were just too full 🥲

Service: Very well English-spoken staff! It’s really great because my friends are foreigners so it helps that I don’t have to constantly translate. They were also very attentive and friendly to every customer and not just us. They definitely made the place feel very inviting!

Atmosphere: It’s small but very cute! I love the little round table in the middle! And I actually like that we need to take our shoes off inside (actually we didn’t need to but the floors were just so clean and we didn’t want to dirty them up). Gives more of an island vibe anyway 😝

Even though it’s not local food, this place is a must! Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy just thinking back about my experience haha. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know that’s going to come to Gili Air! And hope one day it opens in Bali 😎
