Coral Resto and Bar — Restaurant in West Nusa Tenggara

I had an unpleasant experience. After the meal, I asked for a bill. There was one menu missing in the bill. The staff said that the missing menu was 100idr and asked me to more pay 100idr in total. I tried to pay by card without a doubt. Because it was dark and noisy. My colleague told me that the menu was priced wrong. In fact, the menu was 55idr. staff was cheating on the customer. I asked for the bill again. The staff didn't behave well when they brought back the bill. There was no apology. When I asked his supervisor, he only apologized. There was a problem when I first ordered it, too. I ordered a banana smoothie. But he gave me pineapple juice and said I ordered pineapple, and he said it was my fault. so i have to order again. My child hates pineapples. So I've never ordered it. And I definitely said it twice when I ordered it. And yet when I strongly said it he changed it only then. He is deciving to us. actually I received an apology, but I honestly share my experience in case my guests experience...

Absolutely pathetic for this restaurant of a four star resort to have this poor level of service. Ample staff standing around… to do absolutely nothing, waited 10 minutes to just get a menu, and 40 minutes to have a waitress walk close enough to the table to be able to ask about the wait time of the food. Yet she gets on her headset, walks away, goes to another table to get their order, walks back pass my table, and says NOTHING!!! We were staying at five star resort next door, and ended up going back to our own resort to order lunch, and everything (appetizers, main dish, drinks) was on our table within 15 minutes with multiple checkups on various waiters to make sure our experience is as best as possible. THIS CORAL RESTO MAKES ASTON AN ABSOLUTE SHAME, do not waste your time, and get NOTHING BUT...

Coral Resto and Bar was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a very long time. The food was absolutely disgusting 🤢. I ordered the Pad Thai and got a greasy mess of oily noodles with zero flavor or balance. And shockingly, the other dishes were even worse—completely off in taste, texture, and presentation.

It felt like none of the ingredients matched or were thought through at all. I genuinely don’t understand how it’s possible to mess up a full menu this badly. Even the basics were off. The concept might look good from the outside, but the food was a total disaster. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
