Frontera Tex - Mex Kitchen Senggigi — Restaurant in West Nusa Tenggara

We spontaneously walked in for a quick lunch. We both ordered the Ayam Taliwang and it was very delicious. Not too spicy not too mild. The staff was very kind and really hoped that everything was to our liking. We got to talk with Indra, he was sharing tips for Senggigi, sharing the culture and his kindness. We had such a great time that we decided to also stay for the happy hour drinks. The cocktails were also very nice and would definately recommend. In the end we stayed untill closing hour, Indra even played the live guitar and the vibe was really good.

If you are in Lombok and reading through these reviews it's definatety worth to sit down here, have a chat with the staff and order a drink or food. They are eager to help you and share their experience with you. If it was possible to rate it more stars I would. Nicest people we have met!

Great menu, great value for money. We suggest you start off with the Nachos to share as they are fantastic, really tasty and a large serving. We both had a Burrito to follow for a main course, one chicken and one chilli con carne and both were amazing. Really nice change and an alternative to Indonesian food which we also love but after a few weeks it's nice to get a different taste in your mouth. This restaurant is halal and is one of the nicest places we ate at in lombok, the reason I am giving it 1 star is because we ordered non alcoholic drinks and they gave us alcoholic drinks by mistake!!!!! And we are Muslims, like come on this is a fatal mistake, this is not something you don't double and triple check, it ruined my night and my experience for the food and made us very upset and don't wanna continue eating anymore. So if you are a Muslim make sure you double check the drinks before you drink it because apparently they don't or care enough...
