Awful experience! Below average, bad quality, tasteless food and an extremely rude manager/owner who is unable to hear the truth from customers. If your wanting a quick tasty bite wouldn’t recommend, took 35 minutes to wait for 2 meals.

Do not visit and waste your money.

Ps- all the staff at this restaurant were lovely and helpful this is not a reflection on them at all.

I certainly wouldn’t have put that hotdog into my body, we both quite literally had a bite, the rest was eaten by your kitchen staff (which we watched). Surprisingly we don’t go on holiday to hopefully get some awful quality food for free and a free argument with a rude owner too! Especially when we only benefited from a few average chips, please be realistic. We’ve been sitting in this restaurant for one and a half hours, and during all this time they only served us rice. Nothing else has changed. Huge understaffing of waiters – only two people for about 25 tables. Clearly not enough staff in the kitchen either. On top of that, waiters handle cakes from the display case with bare hands. Very disappointing experience.

When we first entered the restaurant, none of the staff or administrators paid any attention to us. When we asked for our table to be cleaned, we had to repeat the request three or four times before anyone actually did it. The waiters simply don’t care who comes into the restaurant.

To make things worse, the brownie they served us was so rock hard it could have been used as a weapon. You could literally knock with a fork on it like on wood.

And before you answer with the usual administrator template – yes, I paid for everything, and yes, I told the staff directly that I didn’t like it. The food was tasteless, the brownie was wood. Don’t blame the employees, just hire...
