Zipp Sunset — Restaurant in West Nusa Tenggara

We went there for a Dinner on Nypie Day and had a very disappointing experience! When me and my girlfriend sat down, first thing we got offered by the waiter was a magic mushroom shake, which I wish not expect to happen in a place like that. After ordering drinks and requesting twice glasses for the water we ordered, I took them by myself from the bar where the barman told me they would not have drinking glasses. (???) After discussing with him, that we wish to drink our water out of glasses, he gave them to me. My wife ordered a herb chicken which was a total different meal to what was described on the menu and when the other 3 of us recieved the fish, we were really surprised to get served ICE COLD RICE. After telling the waiter the rice was cold, she simply said: YES IT'S COLD. and just left. (We speak fluent indonesian, so nothing could have been a communication issue) The prawns we ordered were great, the fish average and the squid ok. The big shock came after we recieved the bill, that had items on it we did not order - having a meal for 4, 4 beers and a water - payed bit more than 900.000 IDR - very very very overpriced for that...

Their food was so good and service as well, so we went back 2nd night, but closed due to heavy rain in low season. We still visited in 3rd night cuz we missed their food and friendly service. Everything was GREAT but only at the last spot, change for the bill, went WRONG. We waited for quite a while but our change was not delivered, so we approached the cashier. Then the staff (waiter) said it’s on our table, and he took out the change from table cross, under the table. It’s was very obvious that the change was not under the table, further more change normally comes with receipt clipped in folder, which did not. He tried to play “trick “. It was very DISAPPOINTING that such thing happened after all the great experience, and the guy was very good that we tipped him the day before. Perhaps he took it for granted. Spent three hours using their WiFi while only buying one coca cola and a juice, the staff was consistently friendly, never pushy. Also they were playing an awesome mix of 70's and 80's music, kudos for the dj!

After three hours we ordered food, which was great tasting and quick.

Great way of being chill, we'll be back...
