The ambience is really comfortable, with various table setup for multiple friendgroup type, like sofa or hard chair. There are two type of seating area, non smoking and smoking area (outdoor).

My personal favorite part is the seasonal menu and the special menu of the day, cuz most of the time i came here for the element of surprise. I love trying new menu variety. And also, they serve A LOT of menu variety other than chocolate, there are tea, coffee, pasta, and desserts. Perfect for undecisive but picky people that doesnt know what they wanna order in cafe.

But my comfort drink will always be hot belgian chocolate with rum. It made me warm and fuzzy inside, and thats exactly what i needed sometimes.

They provide every range of price for the beverage. From the very budget friendly one the very expensive one. From chocolate based beverage, coffee, tea, or sweet cream based one like latte. As the name suggest their speciality is chocolate. I ordered choco loco. The hot chocolate was good, thick, creamy, lots of cocoa which is very nice as I love it dark and a bit bitter but its too sweet. Might need to ask the staff to reduce the sugar level if you are not into a very sweet stuff. The place is quite nice, cozy, small, good for studying if you came at the right time, lots for couples came lol The staff is friendly and nice....

Coklat cafe has always been a special place to me since i used to come here a lot with my family back when i was still in elementary school, so it holds a lot of memory. Came here yesterday and expected the same comfort and warmth but I was very dissapointed by their service.

Datang berdua dan duduk di area sofa yang memang kapasitasnya untuk sekitar 4 orang sih, tapi gaada notice/pemberitahuan di awal bahwa ada jumlah minimum buat duduk di situ, jadi ya kami duduk aja. Pesanannya udah datang dan masih gaada notice apa-apa juga dr staf yang nganterin sampe kemudian staf yg sama datang buat nanya "tadi sudah dibriefing teman saya belum ya kalau di sini minimal 4 org?"(like bro why dont u ask ur friend aja apakah udah ada yg ngasi tau apa blm wkwk) ya kami jawab belum dong karena emang gaada pemberitahuan apa-apa. tapi yaudah akhirnya kami pindah ke meja yang dekat dengan kaca di bagian depan. Udah settled di sana dan lagi menikmati makanan sm minumannya sampe kita udah order minuman lagi, terus tbtb didatengin sama staf lain yang bilang kalau kami harus pindah karena meja yang kami pakai udah direservasi🤣🤣🤣 kocak ga tuh, logicnya kalau ada reservasi dan reservasinya diapprove oleh pihak cafenya, para staf ini harusnya dah tau dari awal kan ya kalau mejanya nanti akan dipakai, tapi ini pas pindah ga dikasih tau apa apa wkwk, minimal dikasih tulisan 'reserved' gt lah biar pada tau. kocak bener, di awal udah disuruh pindah meja eh ini disuruh pindah lagi, berasa diusir sih. akhirnya kami memilih buat takeaway minumannya aja dan langsung cabut soalnya udah bete & males banget.

jujur sedih karena i really liked the place especially with my childhood memory, eh tapi servicenya malah seperti itu. thank u for ruining the ambience for me. gatau deh bakal ke sini lagi...
