The food is actually good, I've been eating in this resto since 90 ties. But the last visit, only a couple of weeks ago, after waiting to get a chance since I'm living in Jkt, was a big disappointment. The staff did not have proper manner. Longing to have tasty nasi goreng and steam fish, we immediately ordered those two and some other menu. To my surprise, waiter said "we don't serve nasi goreng". Why? "Cause it'll take time to cook and there are many guests here". Ok, understand... so nasgor was cancelled. We got our drinks and waited patiently. BTW, one waiter started to put the plates and one steel plate for hotplate that she practically threw it (what a manner). After waiting for about 30 min, another waiter came giving another surprise. She said "we cannot provide steam fish", with no smile nor apologetical tone. Why? Because it take time and we can cook 3 menu for other guests instead. Holding back my anger, I asked "why you told us only now? Why not earlier as with the nasgor?". She said "because it was not me who take the order". And amazingly, she sounded angry as if we were the wrong party. No apology no sorry at all. Enough. We cannot tolerate such behavior anymore. It's time to leave and this time for good. Don't worry we are just some insignificant visitors that won't affect your...

It took 30 mins to cook the food, which was a bit too long, but the flavor did not disappoint. It wasn't very full but we did come at 3 pm which was sort of between lunch and dinner.
The price was expensive, dining in for 2 people ran us a bill of 235k. Which we could not properly justify given the service and the location. I mean you're paying for good food of course, but at that price, some all you can eat buffets will cost less for 2 people.
The location is easily accessible, a renovation is advisable, and service can...
