Had a lovely meal here with my son at the weekend. He ordered Sweet & Sour (as he didn't know a lot of the menu items) and I followed the recommendation of the waitress and ordered Nasi Goreng. I've had this dish quite a number of times in different places. This one was as good as I have ever eaten. Plenty of veg, lovely flavours, real chicken and a good healthy portion. Excellent dish was served, would grade it with 4.8, certainly if the price is taken into consideration. Very hard-working waitress. The restaurant is not the most attractive as far as interior is concerned, but they tried to have a Thai atmosphere. Read moreThe best Thai food in Cork / Ballincollig hands down. If you ask for spicy you get spicy, fresh-cut chilly on the side if that is still not enough is also not a problem. Having a vegetarian green curry at Banna Thai is one of the things I'm looking forward to when I'm coming back from vacation or a business trip. Friendly staff too! Definitely recommended!
