Payed €56 for pizza and sides. Rang in the order which took an absolute age, very incompetent staff on the phone. Extremely slow. Drove in to collect the order, drove all the way home to Donoughmore. No pizza with our mega deal... this is the second time thats happened. Once is bad enough. Rang and spoke to an indian man who said ''oh yeah its here alright, you'll have to come in for it''. No manager working in Sunday afternoon if the bank holiday weekend! We were told that the next time we're in we can get another mega deal for free. Absolutely zero use to us considering we obviously ordered the food to eat now. Zero satisfaction, zero apology, zero customer service. Im astounded at the level of incompetence shown. As I'm writing this my wife has just shown me somebody else's name written on one of the other boxes. Cowboys running around in a circus is all ye are....

Overall nice tasting food and made well and fresh. I recommend the garlic pizza bread. The service is fast and the app that 4 star offer is ok to use. The prices have gone up and some items are far to overpriced yet some items are ok priced and some good value meal deals so pricing is very mixed. The chips and wedges can be hit and miss here and on numerous occasions they have given us the wrong orders or have failed to give everything you pay for in both situations at the store...
