McDonald's — Restaurant in Cork

Have issues every time we come here. Orders are never correct, staff are always grumpy, have to wait ridiculous amounts of time just about every single time for the orders to be completed (drive through), and now yesterday when the entire order was wrong and I went in to complain to the manager and ask for customer services/complaints number or email, and the manager Nelly didn't even know those details, I then remarked on that and she rolled her eyes at me. There is one lady that serves perfectly on their staff and I have made sure to alert the manager at the window at that time the brilliant service she offers. And when the correct food is given it tastes up to standard. But there are far too many times when there are issues. One particular time where we received a burger bun - nothing else - no patty etc. Yesterday's particular order - every single thing we ordered was incorrect. Missing items, incorrect flavour milk shakes, incorrect sized portions, half filled cups and fries, and yet all charged for correctly on the invoice.

I am not the person who likes to complain publicly about places which is why we requested to go into a private room to speak with the manager so as to not create a public display or to embarrass the staff. But Nelly did not help when she rolled her eyes at me when I tried to express how unhappy I am with the service that I have...

Likely the worst McDonald’s in Ireland. Dirty regularly. Bins over flowing. Tables left uncleaned for ages.

Then the food. The orders are frequently provided with something missing? Pay for a sauce you’d better check you got it before you leave? Assume you got serviettes? Check because they are frequently not given.

If your kid dares want the book option with their happy meal then you’ll still get a toy.

Broken seating.

Tablets for kids gone. Play area for kids gone.

Oh and if you select eat in the machine offers table service but of course they’ve hidden the numbers so they can’t be arsed to provide.

Then all food comes packed for takeaway which is a green issue. There is McDonald’s France using reusable items and here’s McDonald’s Ballincollig handing out unnecessary packaging. No separation in the bins either so assume everything goes to landfill.

Oh also if you dare to need a tray you have to ask and mass confusion ensues. Highly unusual request to want a tray to get to your...

This McDonald's is the worst in cork. Ordered on kiosk for table service 47minutes went by so I went to check on the food to find it was sitting up on the counter so I then complained and asked for fresh food, 3 staff stood there and spoke about me and my family while getting the fresh food.Again for table service a staff walked up the other side of restaurant and back to counter with the food so I then went back up and asked was there a problem and why could they not give us table service like alot other customers got...Replied by saying I could not see you but stood there 10minutes previous talking about us looking straight at us from first complain to finally recieving the food there was not one apology given ..When we came we had to move table 3 times as they were all dirty food under all tables sauce on the the floor etc all the bins were overflowing...It was by far worst experience in a McDonald's and by far the dirtiest place I have ever...
