It saddens me to write this review. Havenât been to Enzos in quite a while, in many ways Enzos is an Ennis institution, that as a child growing up, a bag of chips from there was a treat to behold. What I got last night was truly woeful. The chips were hard, almost as if they had been refried several times to keep them hot. They were like pieces of wooden sticks that were served. Enzos used to have the most wonderful chips, but not anymore. Almost a first for me, I didnât finish the served portion. It was part of a meal deal. The burger was just passable to eat, well below any average burger that I have ever had. Also got a curry sauce, again just passable, on the watery side, not to our taste. The can of coke was good!!    Read moreThere are two enzos in Ennis, and it seems they have decided to split specialties. In this one the burgers mean well, the hot dogs give it their best try, and the ribsteak is at least warm if rather sparsely dressed, however the chips are the only real all-stars here.
