During his time my husband has had many fish and chips. And he is by no means a professional. We went to this shop on a sunday evening. The counter staff was phenomenal, and a credit to the business. The portion side was good, the presentation was great, and the pricing was good. However, the batter was too heavy, too greasy, slimy, and the grease seeped through six layers of paper.
