DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. I’ve never been treated with such blatant disrespect at a fast-food restaurant in my life. The Indian manager running this place is incompetent, arrogant, and clearly doesn’t give a damn about customers. The staff might as well be asleep—zero urgency, zero professionalism, just a bunch of lazy, indifferent employees ignoring people waiting in line.

My order took 25 minutes for a basic burger and chips, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and missing half the toppings. When I complained, the manager sneered, shrugged, and said "It’s busy" (IT WASN’T—there were TWO other customers!). No apology, no offer to fix it, just pure attitude. The counter staff stared at me like I was bothering them for expecting what I PAID FOR.

This isn’t just bad service—it’s theft. Charging full price for inedible garbage served with a side of contempt. The manager should be fired, and this location should be shut down until they hire people who understand BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I don't even know where to start with this, I was in your store today and I witnessed what can only be described as Bullying by a senior female member of staff/management on a young female member of your staff she told the young girl come with me NOW in a real unprofessional manner to the exit at the side of the building by the toilets. I had walked outside and was waiting by the door. The way the senior female member spoke to her was horrible, I over her the senior member saying you walk around talking your own language we don't do that here. The poor girl stated to cry it was utterly shameful behaviour and a man who was in the toilet also came out and said the same that poor girl is only 17 and is probably only building up her self confidence. Wow Just… wow. If you’re ever in the mood to completely ruin your day, this is definitely the place to go.

The restaurant looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days sticky floors and tables, trash bins overflowing, and a smell that hits you like a punch to the face the second you walk in. Appetite gone.

The food? A true masterpiece of failure. Lukewarm, soggy, and suspiciously old like it had been reheated or refried one too many times. The chicken breast sandwich was, without question, the worst I’ve ever had. If freshness were a crime here, they’d be proudly walking free.

And the service? Oh, a joy. If you enjoy being ignored, glared at, and waiting 20 minutes for a cold, disgusting sandwich, stale chips, and a flat soda.

Honestly, the best part of the entire visit was walking out the door and knowing I’ll never be back. Not even if it were the last...
