Eddie Rocket's — Restaurant in Dublin

When dining in the food is absolutely fantastic the taste the portions the presentation is perfect the staff are wonderful friendly and very helpful even when you have children with you the restaurant is always clean the toilets are well maintained you never ever leave Eddie Rocket's feeling hungry unlike some other fast food places where as soon as your fart or belch you feel hungry again not with Eddie rockets the food they serve you is actually food that leaves you full and satisfied, the take away side of things can be hit and miss although I understand take away food is never gonna be the same as sitting down inside the restaurant it's just lately the take away side of Eddie Rocket's has felt and appeared and sometimes tasted Moist and soggy even with that said I do highly recommend you try Eddie Rocket's, and if by some small chance the franchise owners read this your young staff are a credit to the Eddie Rocket's brand there are polite friendly and always helpful and always greet you with a smile so to the staff of Eddie Rocket's all of you from Walkinstown brand...

I've never had any issues here. However my partner and myself had not eaten all day. We each ordered the spice bag basket . When the food arrived it wasn't that hot more like warm and the portion size was like as if we were 8 year old children. I am not happy with this .If people are paying for a basket , they should feel fulfilled leaving. There should be a generous about of food such as chips and an extra cut up chicken tender.

This needs to improve massively with the baskets in Eddie rockets. I was still hungry after and €25 down . Which could have been spent on a different restaurant. Please change this and tell your chefs to be more generous with the baskets even if its the boneless wings etc . Adults order these baskets and need a little more food in them , other than that satisfied with everything else

Visited kylemore branch today with the 3 kids..we waited 25mins on a milkshake. I had to ask 3 time for it..Then food took 50mins then when it did arrive it was actually the food I'd be looking at under the hot lamps for 15mins and the pizza was missing..The chips were freezing and the boneless wings wer all dryed up.i sent it back to the manager and told them to send pizza when it's ready and give us new meals to replace the cold ones..10mins later the manager sent back the same boneless wings with new sauce on top and the burger looked like it was deep fried or something and chips wer only warm🙈..I was gonna send it back again but the kids were whinging they were staving.i will never return to this branch again.Very disappointed as it was my...
