I honestly can't believe the service I received from their so called manager in their Walkinstown branch who was blunt rude and obnoxious (who wouldn't provide me with his name) My order was delayed and cold because they had no driver available. I was promised a manager would call me first thing when they open. I left it until a couple of hours. Once I called the so called manager was RUDE! No expectations I'm the paying customer so I was already fuming with their service, he went on to say, so what is the solution? There was no empathy on the call except pure ignorance. I spent money on food that 1: was delayed 2: cold 3: more veg then meat and in the end there was no solution except loosing a customer. I called head office about this because I am not allowing this so called manager treat me in that and I want a full copy recording of the call too just to prove his ignorance as they need to know how to deal with a very angry customer! Last week I ordered something on Thursday the 6th. It was around 22:30 and I ordered online and specifically requested for delivery and it was all ok even after paying. The restaraunt rang me moments later to explain they had no delivery service running at that hour, and there was a take-away option. I was not able to collect it and even then I still paid delivery charges. I asked for a full refund and they said they would do that for me. I was about to contact them via the camile thai website when I just noticed I got the refund in full 5 days after. Annoying I didn't get what I wanted, but at least I got my refund and even then something was actually done about without having me to intervene myself. (I've ordered multiple times before without issue. Food is great.
