Avoid this premises or enter at your own risk ! Food is truly awful. Dried up,reheated and served tepid at best. Staff unsmiling and unfriendly and not helpful at all. The staff come across as they are doing you a favour by bothering to take and service your order. Add in " Ants" everywhere on the floor and you can understand why this is a zero rated review **** I brought the manager to the table and showed her the ants milling about, she then presumed to say she couldn't see them, when I pointed out that this was very unhygienic, I was given a blank stare and she replied "I don't know about this" She should, as she as manager is responsible for the restaurant meeting FSA standards. Note to owner Clean your business . Employ people who want to work there and make sure they speak and understand the language if they're dealing with the general public, A good grasp of customer service never goes amiss as in "please and thank you" are usually the norm especially when your customers offer the same . Make sure the food is freshly cooked in the first instance and not left to slowly lose any resemblance to something edible by being in a tray all day,

We dropped in for a quick breakfast today. €11.25 for a 5 piece breakfast!! OK fine, it did come with toast and a coffee or tea or a splash Pepsi. I asked for gluten free bread. Server said they don't have any. Tesco is right next door, it would be easy to stock a few loaves every day. But no, too much effort clearly. I asked if I could get a different item instead of toast, as I need gluten free food because I am a coeliac. The answer was no, but we have soda bread. I asked is that gluten free. The answer was no. So the staff are clueless aswell as not overly helpful. Some staff training in dietary requirements would not go amiss. The place is grubby and so many tables were covered with trays and dirty dishes from other diners. The food was totally mediocre, and with the exception of the fried egg, was lukewarm. So we won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant! ⭐️

I recommend this restaurant, it is a good place to relax after you have done the shopping or when you want to meet friends, here is the right place. you can drink a coffee from Insomnia or even from O'Graham on both sides and they are really good, in the morning you have a great offer at O'Graham until 11 o'clock any coffee is € 2.25. The food is good and fresh every day. The staff is very nice and smiling.

Do not use this business to eat. Ordered a simple toasted ham and cheese sandwich. Arrive on the table and little bit of burning on the top of the toast. Lifted the sandwich half to take a bite and the underside of the sandwich was like charcoal. I refused to eat it taking it back up to the counter and asked for a refund. Was told no refunds. The reason I asked for a refund was they knew the burnt the bread and tried to hide it and just thought I would accept it. Anyway wouldn't give me a refund stating that the policy was to make another one. I let them do that and they then brought me a fresh one with the bread nicely toasted but cheese was hard, not even close to melting. If you cannot cook a toasted sandwich the you shouldn't be working as a...
