i FINISHED THIS DELIGHTFUL 1 HOUR EXCURSION WITH A MEASURE OF TRULY IRISH CONNEMARA PEAT SMOKED WHISKEY AND A SINGLE CUBE OF ICE. VERY REASONABLY PRICED. I LEFT ANOTHER - THIS TIME MASSIVE - TIP ON THE COUNTER AND WALKED OUT A HAPPY MAN, HAVING THE CHATS WITH ALL THE IRISH AND ALL THE BRITS AND ALL THE LADS AND LADIES AND I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK WITH MY WIFE.

The music selection was very good in our opinion, but it was playing so loud we couldn't hear each other talk (even while shouting). While it was a busy night, it felt like the gents bathroom wasn't properly set up – the door was missing which meant no privacy from the queue outside, and the tap wasn't properly attached to the sink. The staff were sound, however I was trying to buy a drink at the bar for almost 20 minutes with people to either side of me repeatedly being served while I was completely ignored – when it eventually got to my turn I was told they had just finished up. There was only one barman for most of this time, and if others had been there I might have gotten served in time. This was frustrating, but I'm sure they're still figuring things out as the bar is...
Read moreOk , So I’ve have gone out of my way to leave this review…. As a long time drinker of Guinness I Basically planned my 3 week trip around the pubs of Ireland & the UK from Australia. Despite having to send a letter of condolences to My liver., it was worth the effort & money! So I come back on the last day of my trip to leave a review for the Number 1 Pint I had on my travels…. So I highly recommend doing your self a favour of putting up a seat at Swift & getting the barman “ Stephen” to pour you the softest, creamiest & freshest pint on the isle of green....
