We visited The Green Room Bar on a Saturday for lunch. We were starving and ended up being the first people in but the staff were all very friendly and helpful even though we were a little unexpected! The place is nice and clean with lots of seating. The Green Room Bar is fairly well setup as a sports bar with lots of TVs around the place! It looks like there may be a regular crowd there as some of the chairs have peoples names on them!!! The food we had was simple but delicious. Lots of fried food which really warms the soul! The prices were also very reasonable which is always helpful in Dublin. The staff again were very good at checking on our table and sorting re-fills when needed. It started to get a little busier by the time we were leaving but still had tables available. I do not know how much this would change based on a big game day. They do take bookings ahead of 3 arena shows and have a slightly reduced menu to cater for this option. Very happy with our trip there and would definitely go back in the future for an easy, local lunch/dinner.

Disappointed a lot. First with no organisation at the place. And that nobody tells you how ordering is working. For food and drinks you have to order at the bar. Than you get number and order would be delivered to your table. Than our friend ordered chicken wings and specified non spicy option and he got very spicy. He wanted to change order - was no staff around too busy he went to the counter but saw a long long queue and just let it go. He didn't finish his food. Two other guys ordered chicken and it was spicy too. Staff quick, tables too low and not very convenient coz chairs are higher than the table. I liked devour inside and location very close to 3Arena.green zone parking by the bar.Cocktails sucks too

Had an amazing time here after the C2C festival at the 3 Arena. Drinks service was good and reasonable. DJ Chris Armstrong was playing and the vibe was awesome! My reason for marking down 1 star is that I ordered a chicken burger for myself and the DJ, and it took over an hour to arrive. After the third time asking for it I was asked to wait at the kitchen for it. After that, I didn't get so much as a penny off or a drink or anything:(

Was left standing in the doorway for 5 mins whilst staff looked at us when it said please wait to be seated. Menu was very small with nothing on it but at that point we had gone through the hassle of being sat so we just decided to stay and we had a concert to attend in 2 hours time. We went for the ARRABBIATA Pasta which for €15.95 with added chicken and some chips at €4 I thought was an okay price for getting something quick right beside our hotel and we were able to order food only online via scanner in restaurant. After 5 minutes they brought the chips out. To which I was expecting the mains to arrive to but they were an extra 10 minutes later as the chips sat getting cold infront of us. The pasta was quite clearly microwaved as it had a table spoon of sauce and was as hard as a brick with no flavour and what tasted like boiled chewy chicken. When I asked the waiter for some mayo for the chips he replied “I already asked u” rolled his eyes and walked too get some.

We ordered 2 cocktails along with our meal from the waiter and after we attempted to eat the brick pasta we decided that we had, had enough and wanted to leave so I approached the bar as no staff member would take our table on, to pay for the cocktails to which the staff member said oh ok and walked to another member of staff who came and asked what we were looking for when I said to pay for the cocktails, he then went to another member of staff and said we were to pay for the whole bill which we already had paid for the food. Eventually we were able to pay for the cocktails and leave after back and forth of 5 minutes trying to have someone understand that we wanted to pay for our drinks.

Customer service is appalling, food is even worse. Definitely...

Usually go here every time before a gig in the 3arena and went last night before Luke Combs. Fantastic atmosphere among the other fans but the crowds were very badly managed. Far too many people in the main bar and the wait to get served was over 40 mins. Bar staff were under severe pressure but had no method of serving, skipping over people who’d been waiting before others. The back bar on the other side of the smoking area had a smaller crowd but the staff there were not fast enough and wasted time trying to be fancy, throwing/flicking bottles like it was some sort of cocktail show - all very well and good when it’s a small crowd but when you need to be efficient, not so much. The crowds were that packed the staff couldn’t get past with food - I felt so sorry for them trying to negotiate a path carrying plates, one poor lad even dropped a full plate trying to get to customers. The management and security staff should have managed the crowds better, moved people along to the back rooms or stopped letting people in. We ended up leaving after one drink because it wasn’t worth the wait for another and to be honest, we didn’t feel safe or comfortable. On our way out to the front entrance the door man was walking in through the crowd and elbowed my husband out of his way for no reason and gave a mouthful of abuse too. Maybe the man was stressed out with the crowds but it was quite unpleasant. The toilets were also in a bad state of cleanliness, water all over the floors and no cleaning staff in sight either. It has put me off ever attending again before an event which is a shame because it’s usually a great spot to meet friends. In future we will go to the Gibson, Ruby’s or the Mason which are all equally close...

Had a low table booked. After waiting 5 to 10 mins eventually we were brought to a barrel with 2 high stools nearly higher than the barrel table to eat. Impossible task. I Asked to be moved to A low table as booked. The girl did accommodate us. We were told to order food using a qr code which we did and go to bar if we wanted a drink. Imposible. Limited staff. all with their eyes.to the ground. Under pressure. Waiting time approximately 20 mins to get a drinK . Ordered 2 overpiced cocktails however no glasses were available . So the porn stars were served in a wine glass minus the prosecco. When i asked for it the barman just poured it into the wine glass. After 1 hour we were still waiting for our food. I asked the souless hostess who bought us to the table 3 times . Where was the food ? I was told the kitchen is busy. I could see all the tables around me getting served who were seated after us. Eventually 1 hour later - the hostess came to tell us the payment did not go through and we had no food ordered. 🙃 I had to leave the 20 min queue I was in. To go back to the the to show the transaction. She offered a refund. We eventually got the food. It was terrible . The toilets were disgusting with no toilet paper . I heard a lady telling a staff member i have let you know twice now there in no toilet paper in the ladies. Still wasn't replenished. All in all it was a s* show. Overpriced lifeless staff unorganised dirty...
