Starbucks — Restaurant in Dublin

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Staff was very rude. I was with my 4 month old baby and I asked for toilet. One of the girls told me it’s behind the corner and told me the door code. I went there and there was just toilet there was no where to change my baby. I went back and asked for toilet for disabled people or for mothers and the same girls unhappy told me that they have but it’s just for costumers. She unlocked the door where was saying “private”. I was changing nappy for my baby and there someone from the staff unlocked the door and opened twice without even knowing before, they didn’t even said sorry and didn’t locked the door back. It feels like mommy’s and disabled people are discriminating. Why other toilet is opened and other one is locked and staff is unlocking whenever they are going there. Coffee...

Zero stars.

They won't even look at you when you ask if open and still serving.

Sign says close at 2015, arrive at 1935 and ignored.

There is an event tonight so they should stay open longer but if not, at least provide decent customer service and acknowledge people as they enter. They had signs of SOLD OUT so hard to even know what to order if they don't respond at all.

Only 1 restroom and you need a code.

Didn't purchase a I returned after using restroom in hopes that someone would be at register to order, but everyone hiding in a room with a door.

Horrible experience. Suggest going next door. They have cold and hot drinks.. plus pizza and burgers. Had the Nutella frappe - just what I needed and tasted good. And employees seemed happy to be...

As a student, I spend most of my afternoons at this branch and this is probably my favourite coffee shop I've ever been to. Except when events are held at the 3Arena (in which case, I never show up), it's the perfect place to get some work done or have some quality time with friends and family. The staff are very friendly and will go the extra mile to get to know you and help you out! They're basically friends by now! Wifi is excellent for a coffee shop! Different types of seating which is very handy. This is a hidden gem that I really hope people don't find out about haha but if you're reading this you're probably visiting...
