Very good döner, friendliest staff! I was on vacation in Dublin, and since I often eat döner back home in Germany, I’ve also had to taste a few in Dublin. I have to say, this place is the best I found, and I kept going there exclusively after I found it. I recommend the “Chicken Donner Wrap” and getting the menu with fries and a drink. If you’re a fries-with-mayo person, get the garlic mayo. It’s the best mayo I ever had, and I’m sad I haven’t found anything close in Germany yet. The staff is also unforgettable. I felt most welcome at The Point Kitchen; I felt like I was cared for. Also, after having a personal conversation with a staff member, he recognized me every time I visited, and sometimes, I even got some free extra. Much love!

Had a lovely burger here before a show at the three arena, although very expensive €38 for 2 burgers and fries and for what was a relatively small portion it was very tasty, HOWEVER about 8 hours after eating here myself and my Brother who ate with me had sickness and Diarrhea, this could be the cause however I can't be sure so for what it's worth the food was tasty but expensive.

Understaffed… only one staff working .. I had to wait very long time for food and drinks… ordered food and shake together but never got shake 10 mins after I finished food…at last I had to ask the staff again for it and he said he can’t do anything as he alone…Finally I took it as takeaway..well done to the guy who is working alone… Food is oky…

I took my family to this restaurant for a Father’s Day brunch. While the food was good, it’s unfortunate that the poor customer service left a bad impression—and has made me think twice about returning.

I asked the staff if they had a kids’ menu, and was told they only offer nuggets. Since I wasn’t sure if my child would eat a full burger, I ordered burgers for everyone and for him but then I also requested a kids’ portion of nuggets. The staff told me the nuggets portion was the same as the adult size and priced at €10. When I asked if they could do a smaller portion for a child, they agreed to serve half—but still charged me the full €10.

When I questioned this, both the staff and chef explained that they don’t officially offer a kids’ portion so they giving me same grown up portion. My concern, however, wasn’t just the price—it was the miscommunication and lack of transparency. No one acknowledged the confusion, and there was no apology or effort to make it right.

What added to my disappointment was later discovering on their own website that a kids’ nuggets meal is listed at €6.50 and includes 6 nuggets—while I paid €10 for just 4. This isn’t about the money or the number of nuggets. It’s about honesty and basic...

Five Stars — A Gem Steps Away

Living at Point Campus, Point Kitchen is literally just two minutes from my place. Every time I have visited, the kindness and courtesy from the staff have stood out. It is not just me—they treat everyone with genuine warmth.

When I first moved here, my family and I had our very first meal at Point Kitchen. The hospitality was exceptional and my mom still fondly remembers the experience. The owner is a true gentleman, kind-hearted, generous, and always thoughtful. He even offers discounts to people working nearby, which shows how much he values the community.

Today I popped in at 10 PM and politely asked if they could make a naan for me. Not only did they gladly make it, but they also gave it to me for free as a kind gesture. Moments like these make all the difference.

The food is delicious, but what truly sets this place apart is the welcoming atmosphere and heartfelt service. I am beyond delighted to be a customer here and would highly recommend Point Kitchen to anyone looking for great food paired with...

After a long and tiring St. Patty’s day, I was desperate to find somewhere where I could charge my phone and regroup as I tried to figure out a way into my hotel (that I didn’t presently have key card to). I walked into The Point Kitchen and was greeted by the most welcoming owner and staff. Not only did they charge my phone, they offered me a place to collect myself as well as complimentary water and chips (which were delicious), and let me settle myself all while reassuring me and radiating positivity. My day and weekend would have ended on a very different note if it had not been for the kindness and hospitality of The Point Kitchen. I ended up staying for an hour as I chatted with fellow customers, and the owner continued to check in on me. I will never forget how I was treated here and feel so fortunate that I came across a place that was willing to help me when I needed it the most. If you guys see this- thank you so much!! If I ever come back to Dublin I’ll be sure to return and thank you...
