Apache Pizza Bayside / Sutton — Restaurant in Fingal

I ordered a pizza and it took 90 minutes to arrive, when it arrived as it was so cold I sent it back. I phoned into speak with the manager who said they would send out another fresh pizza. New pizza arrived 30+ minutes later, the driver asked for the old pizza, I told him I had sent it back already. He then said its marked as already paid so I assumed it was comped as I was waiting now 2 hours for a reasonably hot pizza.

15 minutes later I get a call from the manager stating that I never paid for the pizza, I explained the situation again and now the owner took the phone to speak with me. I was quite irate at this stage , the owner then put me on hold and then the manager gets back on to say that I wont get a free pizza again or something to that effect.

It was not about a free pizza it was about accepting the service was poor and offering something as an apology. Instead it was taken as I was trying to scam them and not pay for the pizza.

Out of principle I then paid for the pizza by placing an order online but they have lost a customer for life. I have used this pizza store through its various owners since 1997 but wont darken its door...

We've been ordering from apache sutton, for a long time now and we've always had issues where they forgot one thing or the other. My partner and i are particular that we do not want the tomato base, and want only the garlic butter one, so every time we order we generally call and reconfirm with them to make sure we are not disappointed like before.

However when my husband called a few days ago after placing an order online, the person at the other end was very curt and rude , telling that is very rude on our part to be calling and telling them everytime we place an order cause we didn't want a pizza we didn't choose!! The man who spoke was downright disrespectful.

The next time we ordered, we did not go to call, pizza arrived , no garlic drizzle on it for which we paid extra.

Missing the garlic drizzle is not a big deal, but the way the man on the phone spoke is something due to which we will be ordering in from another pizza place...

Ordered a caramel lava cake which didn't arrive, ordered a chocolate lava cake which didn't arrive, instead we got 2 ice creams. We also ordered 2 brownies which are frozen. I understand that they don't make those in store, and they have to microwave it for a while to soften it up, but it feels like they took 2 chunks of brownies straight from the freezer and gave it to us. That's insane! We got 2 ice cold rocks of brownies in a box which we had to throw it away. The cookies tasted disgusting, they're like some sort of industrially made food goo paste. I called the shop expecting an apology, I did not even want my money back.... Some lad over the phone really stressed me out and he kept on talking to ages explaining how he needs to microwave it for only 20 seconds(I do understand, but I got frozen brownie) , not a single apology about my missing lava cakes or my frozen rock hard brownies!! Absolutely despicable customer service!...
