Really wanted to visit this place as it looks lovely. Came with a sleeping baby in the buggy so went at the back to get a takeaway but then I saw there was a seating area at the back as well and one of the tables was just being served. There were 2 couples with dogs and one family without a dog (the ones being served when I came in). Asked the waitress if I need to go inside to order and she said she’ll drop the menu. Other waiter dropped the menu and after a few min baby woke up so went inside to order. Older gentleman asked me if I was ok and I said I was sitting outside and wanted to order, he said he’ll be with me in a min. In the meantime the lady at the counter asked me what I need and I explained that I’m sitting outside and that I’d like to order but she said there’s no service there unless I have a dog. I said I don’t have a dog but a 4 month old baby (which I was holding in my arms) but she said sorry, those are the rules. She didn’t offer to find me a table in the part where there was service provided. Not sure why was I given the menu then, if they wouldn’t serve me, it was obvious to them I have no dog. They could have just said that straight away when they saw me outside without a dog, twice! This way it’s just really bad customer service.
