Fish Factory Restaurant — Restaurant in Kenmare Municipal District

I was here for a late lunch with a group of 10 last Saturday, and wow! We ordered a selection of dishes from the menu to share with the whole table. Such a good move - everything was delicious and empty plates all around. The katsu prawns, the Korean chicken bao bun and prawn dumplings were crowd favourites. The lady serving us was fantastic; she looked after us so well, and even took playlist requests as we were the only ones there at the time! Thanks so much again - looking forward to coming back to Dingle...

Bao bun starters were quality, especially the fish. Tuna tartare was too chunky & should've been diced finer, not pleasant & more attention required. Wagyu burger was delecious. Prawn curry was tasty, well balanced & a hearty bowl of food. Korean chicken tenders main was not as good as menu promised, dried out, chili honey was bland & no chips included, should be included. I found there was a smell of damp at table at rear near fire exit, might just have been the day it was. Price point ok, but food...

Have been to the sister restaurant Solas 3-4 times so decided to give this new restaurant a try. There is very little of this style of Asian dining in Kerry so it’s a welcome addition to the food scene. Everything was lovely and I’d recommend to order for sharing. We had the hake spring roll, Korean chicken, seafood ramen and seaweed salad but the prawn dumplings are exceptional and next time I’d want them all to myself! We would definitely return but Solas is still my favourite and has a special place...
