J.M. Reidy's — Restaurant in Killarney Municipal District

What can we say about J.M Reidy's.... we had our Day 2 of our wedding there on June 11 and it was THE BEST!! From the food to the music to the staff and the drinks... It was perfection. The vibes were immaculate all evening long. We planned everything from Canada and booked JMs on the recommendation of my cousin and we were so lucky to have our day 2 here. Magda made everything effortless from food choices to the cobble room rental. Our friends will be talking about this night for a long time! We had the most fun ever, we spent all evening in the courtyard and the music was amazing. I cannot remember the name of the brothers who were singing but they brought a good time!! All of our friends, family and even 89-year-old granny were on the dance floor until all hours! Also, the food was incredible! We had a bunch of allergies and dietary restrictions and they accommodated everything effortlessly! We could not recommend J.M Reidy's enough if you need a spot for just a pint and bit of food or for a party! We will be talking about that party for a long time. Thank you...

Great place. It’s very large and there are many choices in where to sit, party size is not a problem at all. There are some lovely snugs located all over the entire place both inside and outside. Smoking snugs are outside also. There are plenty of bar locations all over the place. The Bon Bon snugs in the front is original to the building. They have live music on a regular basis, TVs for viewing many games. Staff is great and the atmosphere is what you make it by where you want to be. The seating out front is nice for a drink. Great place to come and just hang out. Food is good, well portioned and good prices. I had asked about a tour of the location and one of the managers gave us a tour. My husband and I had our day 2 wedding celebrations in September in JM Reidys and it was perfect in every way! The pizzas which were delicious. Gluten-free options were no problem and also amazing! The staff really kindly set up the room so nicely for us, gave us a beautiful complimentary sign, and prepared our cheese and wedding cake we had from our wedding day for a beautiful spread later in the night. The music was amazing, a top-class trad band was playing all night which provided so much craic for everyone. The cobbler room we were in was perfect for day 2 as we had seating and food in a private quiet area but we’re free to move around the courtyard too to watch the Ire v SA match!
