Aussie Outback Tallaght — Restaurant in South Dublin

As a regular visitor to this restaurant, was expecting the usual great food and service, what a disappointment. First myself and my wife were sat at a table that was too small even for one a so called table for two. When we asked could we have another table was told that they were keeping these free as it was busy. They had no more than 16 people in the restaurant. So, moved upstairs to another table for two same size. It's now 30 minutes since we ordered our food. When it arrived no room for all the plates, had to go back downstairs and asked to be moved and again told larger tables were left clear for the imaginary rush. After much haggling and visits back to the main desk, got a larger table. At this pint I had lost my appetite, salmon was tasteless and dry. Wrap was not wrapped and had to be eaten with a knife and fork. Went to pay and manager had audacity to ask was everything OK. Very poor service, terrible customer service, manager flippant, rude dismissive and aloof, needs a course in customer service and relations. Won't be eating there any time soon and will be recommending to my friends and family to check who's manager in charge and give the description to them. Very very poor...

We went to Aussie outback back 4 years ago with friends when on a trip to to Dublin we where in Dublin this weekend for our daughters 3rd birthday we went to Aussie outback on the Friday as the little one wanted lasagna for her birthday dinner she asked if we could come back here tomorrow and we did she got a burger and loved it (she doesn't burgers) on Friday I got the Aussie tray and it was lovely I'd definitely recommend my partner got the baby beast and loved it on Saturday I got the wings and ribs again definitely recommend my partner got the baby beast again I can say definitely give this place ago food, price and service is all 100% and haven't got a bad thing to say I only wish they had more restaurants around Ireland so we don't have to travel to Dublin for...

The food here is really really good. I bought an "Aussie board", which is consists of a foot long sausage(not actually 12 inches more like 8 but anyway......) A chicken fillet, some pulled pork and an 8ounce burger(again,was more like 6 🤔). Was good value for money. Chicken and pulled pork were good, sausage was very good but the reason I'm wring this is the Burger. Literally this was one of the Tastiest patties of beef I have ever eaten. No Joke, no exaggeration. Try it. It's delicious. One gripe I have is that they still don't have sit in option back......when you pay restaurant price for food you expect to sit in a restaurant to eat it. Anyway......for A hungry meateater this place...
