Had my little sisters birthday here and the staff were so rude to the kids.. I’m still in shock how they spoke to them, kids being kids loud and excited to do rock climbing all kids between 6-10 years. My 6 year old sister asked one of the instructors there name and she responded ‘why would I have to tell you that’ my sister being so friendly and oblivious responding ‘because I don’t want to call you a person’ and the instructor responded ‘well that takes me away from being a person’ like whattt??? She’s 6. Another incident with the male instructor one of the kids turns to him while kids were climbing on the wall out of excitement ‘aw I would love to that wall too’ which the instructor responded ‘ well I can only do one wall at a time so’ like ok if your that miserable in your job maybe get a new one?? Also we bought two chocolate bars and were on the table and kids came out wanting some the man behind the desk pointed the kids in direction to the free drink were chocolate bars were also and the birthday girl took a chocolate bar which then the male instructor came around and insinuated she was stealing and made her put back the bar she opened and he told her the shop is closed. There were 4 adults there we were paying for the bar. The kids all came out and the birthday girl crying saying she had the worse Birthday that the male instructor hated her and was so mean. Every single kid said the instructors were so mean to them. Like I can’t believe it it’s shocking behaviour for a kids party venue. I think the staff should be trained in how they speak to children I’m not saying the children are angels but there kids at a birthday party all excited. I’m completely shocked and never experienced this before I will never recommend this place staff are just rude and all...
Read moreFirst time going to the climbing center and I was pleasantly impressed and surprised. At first I thought it was very expensive for my 2 daughters, €25 each so a total of €50 but when we got started I realised why. We had an instructor for a full hour and he was really helpful and he explained in detail all the different types and levels that was involved in rock climbing. They were given special shoes and harnesses. He explained why each climbing wall was different and the level of the rocks you decided to climb. It went from easy to extremely hard and the rocks were in different colours which went from easy to really hard also. My daughters had a great time and I really enjoyed watching them do it also. Highly recommend it. Staff were well informed and very knowledgeable about climbing, very polite...
Read moreLove this place! Very friendly, kind people working that greet you and help you out immediately. Filling out the wavier was a breeze, and prices are very reasonable. They have rental gear (and gear for sale) plus snacks and a coffee bar. The facility is a classic climbing gym with ample toprope and lead climbing routes with a wide variety of difficulties for all abilities. There's also a nice bouldering area, and tables/chairs for observation or taking a snack break. Plenty of employees around helping people and giving beginner climbers lessons as well. There were a lot of children around, but they didn't get in the way and there was plenty of room for my husband and I to enjoy a nice afternoon of climbing. We'll...
