MoMo`s — Local services in South Dublin

Here's my story : At 9:30 pm I visited this shop and asked the rate before ordering and ordered a mixed kebab for 8.95£. since it's late I casually asked them if there are any discounts and they said since I came late (the Google listing says shop closes at 10pm) I would be charged 2£ extra. I found this funny and asked them why? And they replied that all shops charge you extra if you come late. To my defense the shop listing says 10PM closing then they said they would prefer to sell it to customers asking for delivery for a higher price than to me or take it home and eat.. now I actually doubt if they sell old stuff the next day since they are clearly not in a mood to sell me.

I found it very offensive and asked them if that's how they treat their customers to which they replied it's the same for all customers... And I told them that this is not the way to treat any customer. At the end they said all this was a joke 😡

Been ordering food from MoMos often for the last 2 years but what i have witnessed yesterday was shocking and made me cancel my order. We ordered our food for collection. The minute we arrived at the door the place was filthy to bits. Fresh meat was laying on tables in a hot room for a long period of time im guessing which made me nearly throw up. The meat looked like it was cooking in the rooms temperature and the only place for it was the bin and they are feeding people with it. Employees sweating, no social distancing in place. The employees werent even wearing gloves when preparing the food nevermind masks or any PPE or safety measures in place. The employees were sweating wiping the sweat off their arms and then preparing the food. Im disgusted. The place deserves to be shut...

Looking in from the outside, you wouldn’t think the takeaway/restaurant could put out as good a meal as what I had.

I went to MoMo’s after a close friend recommended it to me. I ordered the mixed kebab from them and we were able to dine in the restaurant itself as it had tables and chairs where a group could sit down and enjoy.

We got our meals in record time and the portions were very large and it was more so than what I had come to expect from kebab joints such as these. The staff there were very friendly and had looked after us very cordially and courteously. Giving us sauces and chips on the house was a bonus.

The food, the environment, the ambience inside the restaurant were all of the chill, relaxing nature. This restaurant is a must go to and I will be visiting...
