my wife came into the store looking to buy some warhammer models to start playing kill team, a member of staff Nollaig came over and helped her out, she was nervous and didn't know what to look for and he took the time to explain and help her, it was a super positive experience for her and she said from that she will be back again for sure. Underworld Gaming is by far the best RPG and trading card game shop in Dublin. The staff are so nice and really friendly and helpful.

I was recently there for a beginners event for Warhammer 40K. from the moment I walked in the door I was made feel welcome, other gaming stores I’ve been to the staff can be very quiet, not talkative to customers and not really helpful when talking about products.

Easily the best LGS Dublin has to offer, extremely kind and helpful staff. I've been going regularly for over a year now and I'm so glad to have a great and welcoming space to play commander and pick up products locally :) other places I've gone to over the years have felt unwelcoming or hostile even like im invading an already established group but everyone at Underworld gaming has been very welcoming and friendly, not just to me but my friends I bring here too for commander :) heres to many more...
