India gate got our order completely wrong which is no problem these things happen. However poor customer service is no excuse. I rang to explain and asked if they could deliver our items and asked if they could refund the incorrect items. They refused refund and told me they wouldn't deliver those items right away and would need a helicopter to deliver our food within 30 mins as they were too busy. Person on the phone continued to be sarcastic and told me to post on social media if I was unhappy with there service therefore I am doing so.
