A group of friends and I go to this Starbucks nearly everyday to study and enjoy our drink, we have been doing this since just over a year ago and staff have always been lovely. Yesterday they told my friends they couldn’t all use the chargers which are at the tables. Today they told us that we use their Wi-Fi, which we don’t and told us we had to leave as we didn’t have a drink which was wrong as we all did (some of us having bought two today) along with some of their food. One friend came to meet us and ordered his drink, the new manager Rodica ask if he was friends with us and he said yes why, she replied and said she already talked to us that we used the Wi-Fi didn’t buy drinks and had phones charging. One had a laptop on charge as we were told the sockets were for that use only. We all left as we didn’t feel welcomed. We always clean up after our self’s and study like other people do, but for some reason it’s now a problem for us to come study. Other staff always very nice as-well as their food and...

We had a very disappointing experience at this location recently. One of the managers or supervisors — a Romanian woman who seems to be in charge often — was noticeably rude and unprofessional, not only towards us as customers but also in how she interacted with staff.
She was openly criticising a new employee in front of everyone while instructing her on how to prepare a hot chocolate. Rather than guiding her calmly, she came across as impatient and condescending, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere.
To make matters worse, when she stepped in to demonstrate, she spilled cream over the cup, made a mess, and still handed the drink to the customer without cleaning it or offering an apology. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from someone in a supervisory role.
We understand everyone can have a bad day, but basic customer service and professionalism should always be a standard, particularly in a global brand...
Read moreI bought a tall pumpkin spiced latte with soy milk and vegan whipped cream. The label matched my order so I happily drank my PSL. Unbeknownst to me at the time, either my milk or the whipped cream (or both) were made from dairy. I am lactose intolerant. It's important to note that with a sugary drink it's almost impossible to taste the difference between soy milk and cow milk or vegan whipped cream versus normal. Within an hour of having my coffee, I got stomach cramps and had uncontrollable explosive and liquid diarrhea. Though I had my drink about 6 hours ago, I'm still suffering because someone made a mistake at this starbucks. I will unlikely be able to eat normal food for the next 3 days because of this. Please ensure that staff are trained to not mix up milks or whipped cream because these mistakes have a very real impact on people's lives. Please retrain...
