O'Briens Cafe/Bagel Factory — Restaurant in The Borough District of Drogheda

My friend and I visited this Restaurant today to buy lunch, on arrival we were greeted by a young lady who seemed to not be very happy! as we placed our order the girl seemed very distracted and disinterested. We were ushered along the line to pay for our food while it was being prepared and while in this line a member of staff began shouting at some other customers, of course everybody turned to see what all of the commotion was about, it turns out a customer was standing waiting for a sandwich and was standing in the wrong area (I will point out said waiting area was not marked or identified as a waiting area) The same lady who was shouting at the customers appeared to be the manager, she then proceeded to start shouting at the staff behind the counter, not only was this unprofessional, it was embarrassing to watch, I can now understand why the young girl who we where greeted by looked so disinterested, when we eventually got our sandwich's after the manager finished shouting at the staff the manager said to us thank god it's Friday!! All in all I would say the manager was an absolute disgrace and should not be in a customer facing position, the sandwich's that the young girl made were really tasty and well made however I will not be returning to this shop as I do not condone treating staff the...

Went here for a sandwich today my partner ordered the club I ordered a salad sandwich. The girl at the till said two sandwichs I sad yes she brought mine over... I was nearly finished mine before my partners came out so I went back in and asked what was keeping the club sandwich that I had ordered they had totally forgot but yet I had paid then the girl on the till said the club was more expensive so I owed her 2 euro not only that when the club sandwich arrives there was no apology or nothing just dropped it on the table and walked off ........

Got scrambled eggs and toast, they put milk in it so if you have an intolerance be careful. I asked to have any milk alternative in it and oat milk was fine. However they came out like an egg soup overcooked and watery. I left them on the counter, the staff didn’t say anything except somewhat on the line that “is normal”.
