Francesco's Diner — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Wicklow

Well, Sorry but I have to do this as it's true, but a few days ago I had 2 fish and chips to take away. 2 cod (if they actually were cod and I have serious doubts, was it hake?) and they ranked just about the poorest I have ever had. They are unlikely to be fresh, and frozen they are just not the same. Tough, tasteless and just a square solid block. The batter was overdone and hard, probably deliberately to cook the frozen fish. I'm not one for confrontation and you seem pleasant people but perhaps I should have driven back and complained but how can I return...

I am a regular customer of Francescos and have lived it since the American food fair days great food But takeaway deliverys recently they have fotgotten items Often times the sauces or bottles of coke but they have been getting very lax with these deliveries whether its the drivers or just the workers it has been getting increasingly more frustrating this is the 6-7th time they have forgotten bits of my order and it is getting a bit out of hand having to call in and ask for items to...

I absolutely adore Francesco's! Treated my boys and I tonight and had 2 special requests... 1... not to deliver before 9 and 2. Just ketchup on chicken burger! They arrived at 9.03 and chicken burger got a massive thumbs up from my ridiculously picky son! The 2 x Deluxe 1/4 pounders were top notch! Not only that but we ordered 2 x chips and the portions were HUGE!!!! Honestly... best chipper around! Thank you to you all! You've cheered us up and filled us up!...
