I really enjoyed the knafe here. It was the right amount of sweet and nice and warm with melty cheese. I decided to get it with the ice cream on top and to my surprise, it was very similar to Turkish ice cream. I talked with the owner and he said it's similar but they make it here in Israel, and he gave me two shop suggestions outside of Haifa where I could try it. The chef is a very warm and a welcoming person. All he's dishes are on a very high quality, and he has a variety of them. Made with ghee and quality cheeses, and not blown up with sugar.
