When I lived in Jerusalem, my week wasn't complete without a trip to Pinati. Whenever I'm back, I have to visit at least once.

This is hands down the best hummus. The next best thing about this place is the service. Being greeted by Meir, Sami, and Moti, is like coming home. Be prepared to be seated with strangers; and if visiting during the busy lunch run, expect to hear, "swallow, don't chew."
