Read moreWe had a very enjoyable evening at Mona, our first time here but not last. The restaurant is in an elegant building with a charming patio. We sat inside in the simply but pleasantly decorated interior. The service was friendly, attentive andostly well timed. We had: Sourdough bread and spicy condiments. Corn and asparagus Agnotlotti - well prepared pasta with a sweet and creamy filling, rich with corn accents, in a silky sauce. Very nice. Green salad- a generous crisp and leafy portion with a nice dressing balancing the shredded sharp cheddar topping. Seabass with lemony Linguine - deceptively simple, the fish and the pasta were perfectly cooked and delicately seasoned, complementing their flavors. Sweetmeats on barley - a hearty dish with well defined meaty flavors from the bacon and demi glace. The sweetmeats were well seasoned and perfectly grilled with crispy exterior. The chocolate creméux and cheesecake were both rich and delicious with smooth, velvety textures.

In short, incredible service, great food, but small portions that will leave...
