Though not nearly as well known as Abu Hassan in Yaffo, this place is one of the best places to eat hummus in Tel Aviv (with a small but very devoted fan base). The hummus is of the light and creamy type, and there are free hummus refills - if you ever need them. Apart from the hummus/masabaha/foul, the falafel could be better but the salad is good and fresh and you get pickles and olives with your order and a small glass of black coffee with the check. What an amazing hummus! The vibe of the place is classic good hummus, packed with people waiting to get sitted, professional waiters running around between tables, and really but really great hummus. Hot chickpeas on top tasted like haven, the side olives are great and the pickel? OMG it's delicious, I believe it's home made. Service is quick and efficient, very friendly. My favorite hummus for almost 20 years. Tasty as fudge. The hummus texture is creamy. The beans are cooked to perfection. They remove the hummus bean shells, a tedious job. They have great 'toppings' including ground meat, mushrooms, etc. and of course beans. They got great drink mix of lemonade and iced tea.
