When you enter this restaurant you have to place and pay your order at the register. They provide a beeper when the food items are ready to pick up. I had a shakshouka and a gouda sandwich. The shakshouka came with a bread and a side salad on a tray and this tray was not cleaned properly. I donโt understand in no case, why they donโt use a tiny plate or bowl for this salad as this is absolutely unhygienic when lying on the tray separated by a thin and sodden baking paper only! I visited this place by accident between meetings and had a sour experience, frankly. Coffee was ok at best, their Barzilay breakfast was just something you can hook up at home in a few minutes, aggressive energy from employees who seem like they either wanna kill you or kill themselves if you need something or ask, no patience, not clean and even their customers are douchebags.
