Love the concept but the people working here can’t seem to decide how they want to treat you. One minute they’re nice and the next they’re rolling their eyes at you or shoving past you even when the bar is nearly empty. Went tonight with a huge group of friends for our last week here because Dizzy is our Sunday night tradition and we normally love it! The very nice owner came up to my friends and I and started chatting with us and gave us free shots/drinks, but 40ish min later a guy in his 20s, who claimed to be the owner and we later found out was actually the bouncer, came up to us and tried to forcibly remove my friend for drinking a glass of wine that the owner had given her and then when she tried to explain he threatened to call the cops multiple times. This is so disappointing because we love Dizzy and have given them tens of thousands of shekels over the past few months, not to mention that our general program has made them probably upwards of 1 mil shekels this summer. I get that running a bar is stressful but maybe hire nicer humans, or at least ones who fact check the story before threatening to...
Read moreThe place itself is cool. The waitresses are unbelievably rude. We specifically have a couple awful experiences with ONE specific waitress who was really rude to my friends and said nasty things, that should never be said by a server to a customer, in both Hebrew and English in a crowd of English speakers on two separate occasions. This past Sunday and Sunday before, a blondish waitress in a yellow yoga set was a server and bar attendant by the swing tables; she was the one who had a disgusting attitude, was rude with her service, and even purposefully put a wristband on my friend incorrectly to upset her. This Sunday we were on the swing table and she didn't want to serve us more wine on the unlimited wine night after we already paid. All around awful service to the point where some of my friends couldn't even stay in the establishment because they couldn't stand her rudeness. Their special night is Sunday when they offer all you can drink wine; it is at least $35 a person for the option that "doesn't run out", the least we can expect is...
Read moreNever in my life was I so embarrassed. I came with tourist friends we moved around five tables. The host told us the table can’t fit five people and put us in a three people booth instead, then once again, then 3 more times. then when we wanted to pay, she started yelling at us in Hebrew , most not knowing a single world. The waitress was really rude and I was embarrassed I wanted to pay and leave good service. The waitress said she doesn’t need nothing from a 600 shekels table, trying to embarrass us that we didn’t spend enough money for her and she doesn’t give good service for a table less then 1,500 shekels. I didn’t know how to respond to that kind of rudeness ....
