We asked one of the staff guy (those with yellow shirts) in front of the restaurant how to get a chair. He asked us for 8 shekels and then didn’t help us at all nor gave us a receipt to prove we paid. He just vanished.
We had to wander around and finally after 20 minutes we took a random chair.
Is it normal that beach “staff” guys would rather smoke their cigarette without helping people to find a chair even though they paid for it ? Does the money really go to TLV municipality or just in their own pockets ? Last time...

All beaches including this one are setup like service businesses. Best thing to make sure you sit in the shade, if you like that, is to get a table atv the restaurant that a bit back from the water edge and where, if you order a few things, they let you sit for a long time.
